Secondly, we exist to help people who feel trapped on the treadmill of work to regain the driving seat of their lives
 

By helping people restore control over their workload and working lives we enable them to cut down overworking and so make new decisions about how they spend theirtime.

We do this by helping them move from passive living where they feel downtrodden and victimised, to active living where they feel in control and positive about the future.

The principles of active living can also help you if you work part time, or if you are not working but juggling issues such as study, child care, running your home, or any other time critical activity.
