A brief guide to active living and workload management - Allocating

Once you have established everything you need to do you need to decide exactly
when you are going to do it. This will depend on the priority (See C= Categorising) the deadline, the resources you need, and factors such as the ebbs and flow of your day,
known busy periods etc. You will need to take all of these things into account to decide
on the best time to work on each task. Choose your time and enter this into a schedule.
Then commit yourself to working on that task, and that task alone. You will need to
break large or challenging tasks down into smaller pieces to enable you to cope with
them. Do this for each task you face no matter how small. Remember to include
breaks and gaps for when things do not go according to plan.
